The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern front-end frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack solutions.Ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.Contribute to both front-end interfaces and back-end services.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills: Proven experience in full stack software development with tech lead experience.Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot .Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.Experience with DevOps practices , CI/CD pipelines , and GitLab .Front-end proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js , along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Database experience with SQL, NoSQL , and ORM frameworks .Cloud experience with AWS , and familiarity with Azure or GCP .Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures .Managerial / Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.Ability to drive technical decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Company Benefits & Culture Strong communication and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate with operations, technical teams, and stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
