Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the senior recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesSourcing and attracting healthcare professionals through various channelsScreening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualificationsCollaborating with the clinical team to understand their clinical staffing needsDeveloping and implementing recruitment strategiesNegotiating job offers and managing the hiring processMaintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metricsManage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking systemEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Management, or related field5-7 years of proven experience as a Healthcare RecruiterFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and industry trendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelySkillsHealthcare industry knowledgeExcellent communication skills and negotiation skillsStrong organization skills and ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasksAttention to detailAbility to build and maintain relationships
