Your primary responsibility will be the research, planning, and implementation of our web platforms. Additionally, you will be expected to undertake any other responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of our projects and teams with flexibility and a solution-oriented approach.\nCompensation\nSalary: $70k-90k\nBenefits: PTO, health insurance, elective benefits\nPlease note, we are unable to provide relocation assistance for this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain front-end UI and back-end systems.\nCollaborate closely with all teams throughout the company to ensure cohesive product development and implementation.\nEmploy React, Typescript, Next.js and other technologies as necessary to build robust web applications and support infrastructure.\nShip production-ready components, pages, and features on a regular basis.\nAdhere to coding style guidelines and best practices as well as evaluate and generate new ones.\nEngage with direct customer feedback regularly to contribute to product improvement.\nAdapt and respond to rapid growth and changing business priorities, contributing to process improvements and innovation.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM-related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.\nFamiliarity with TypeScript, React, Postgres, Next.js, or similar technologies.\nPreferred experience with DevOps, AWS, Docker, and Vercel.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality code that adheres to high standards of professional pride.\nAn independent, self-starting personality who can collaborate effectively with a diverse team of driven individuals.\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a company that’s at the confluence of technological innovation and societal impact.\nWork in a role that offers rapid growth and professional development opportunities.\nContribute to a product that aims to solve a critical social issue through technology.\nEnjoy the benefits of working in a start-up environment that values agility, creativity, and flexibility.
