As part of the Oklahoma State University Police Department's Tulsa Division, you will be a valued member of the unarmed security team assigned to the Tahlequah campus. In this role, you will provide safety and security services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors at our state-of-the-art facility. You are entrusted with fostering a safe and inclusive environment through active engagement and proactive security patrols, contributing to the overall mission of the department and the university community.Required QualificationsHigh School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)No experience required. Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Candidates must be CLEET certified or eligible for CLEET certification within 6 months of hire.Valid Driver's License Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate documentation.Knowledge and understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Proficiency in using two-way communication systems.Familiarity with basic emergency procedures and response protocols.The ability to effectively communicate with and provide assistance to individuals seeking help or information.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's Safety/Public Administration/Business Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Current CLEET Certification.
