Sr. Real Estate Accountant

This Senior Accounting role combines accounting responsibilities with sales and use property tax accounting. It requires close collaboration with Accounting, IT, Finance, and Operations. Duties include preparing and reviewing tax accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations, as well as supporting monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements. The position also directs outsourced property tax compliance across a large portfolio, driving process improvements and implementing best practices across the tax function.
