Founding Board Members — Harmony Faith Collective Harmony Faith Collective (HFC) is a newly incorporated faith-based nonprofit based in Columbus, Ohio, operating three integrated programs: HFC Media (podcasting and digital storytelling), HFC Worship (community worship gatherings), and HFC Records (a first-of-its-kind nonprofit, ownership-first artist development model). We are building the founding board that will shape HFC’s governance, strategy, and impact for years to come.Seats we are recruitingWe are filling three seats:Treasurer — leads financial oversight; CPA, nonprofit CFO, controller, or church business administrator background preferred.Two Independent Directors — we are particularly seeking experience in one or more of: nonprofit governance, music or media industry, or faith community leadership.What we are asking of youQuarterly board meetings (hybrid; approximately 2 hours each)One committee assignment (approximately 2–3 hours per month)Active participation in fundraising — through networks, introductions, or events. No personal give-or-get minimum.Two-year initial term, renewable.Service as an ambassador for HFC in the Columbus community.What you will gainA founding role in shaping a new nonprofit at a defining moment.
