This position is fully remote and offers uncapped earning potential.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new transportation insurance business opportunities. Leverage existing transportation and fleet management relationships to generate new leads. Build and maintain relationships with trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners. Work closely with carriers, wholesalers, and internal leadership to place business effectively. Manage the sales process from prospecting through binding coverage. Contribute to the development of workflows, processes, and overall business strategy. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service. Stay informed on transportation insurance products, market trends, and industry developments. Qualifications/RequirementsHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Transportation or trucking insurance experience preferred, but not required. Strong sales aptitude and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and learn new concepts and processes. Proficient organizational and time management skills. Compensation PackageBase salary of $60,000. 30% commission on new business. Uncapped earning potential. Fully remote opportunity.
