Our shop consists of Mazak, Okuma, and Toshiba CNC machine tools. This is a low-volume, high complexity Job shop environment.\nThe programmer utilizes our ERP system to develop operating and set-up instructions to successfully manufacture. This includes shop routers, tooling lists, and specific job parameters.\nThere is also a need to assist in fixture development, tooling specification, and other manufacturing techniques.\nThe programmer provides shop floor assistance in troubleshooting machining processes and developing more efficient processes. Special projects could also be assigned to the programmer.
