Small team, no layers. Your code goes live fast.You'll work directly with our CEO and design team. You won't be handed a spec and told to execute - you'll shape what we build and how we build it.What we're looking for:We don't care where you went to school, which companies are on your resume, or how many years of experience you have. We care about what you can build.You write clean, maintainable code and care about the craft.You can hold the full stack in your head - frontend through infrastructure.You make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed and quality.You figure things out without waiting to be unblocked.You have strong opinions but change your mind when the evidence says to.If you've shipped production software before, great. If you're self-taught, bootcamp-trained, or coming from an unconventional path, we want to hear from you.
