Responsibilities – Product Specialist/ Customer Service Representative: Greet and assist customers with selecting the vehicle that meets their needs. Demonstrate that vehicle and test drive with clients Have complete knowledge of all of the Nissan vehicles Deliver vehicles where necessary Follow up with all sold and unsold clients Field incoming client phone opportunities Assist clients with the vehicle purchase process Ensure clients know how to operate the vehicle properly upon taking delivery Provide customers with the best experience to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers Qualifications – Product Specialist/ Customer Service Representative: Positive attitude! Strong work ethic and motivation! People skills Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but is not necessary. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.
