Head of Client Operations BPO
You will lead large-scale, multi-functional customer operations, driving performance, service delivery and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, outsourced environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead and develop high-performing operational and leadership teams• Drive KPI performance, quality, workforce planning and continuous improvement• Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships• Support growth, ramp activity, transformation and process improvement initiatives• Partner cross-functionally with quality, training and workforce managementWhat We're Looking For• Significant BPO, contact centre or outsourced customer operations experience• Proven management of complex, enterprise-level client accounts• Strong commercial and operational acumen with P&L/metrics ownership• Experience in remote/work-from-home operational environments• A track record in operational transformation or performance excellence• Sector experience in automotive, retail, financial services or regulated environments is advantageousExperience in COPC, Lean Six Sigma, or large-scale operational transformation is a distinct advantage.While primarily remote, candidates should be within commutable distance of Greater Phoenix or Las Vegas for occasional onsite meetings and business reviews.An excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader seeking a progressive global environment with strong career growth.
