This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's growth by identifying and securing the best talent in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\nDuties\nDevelop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing social media management, HR sourcing, and talent management techniques to attract diverse candidates.\nConduct technical recruiting and executive recruiting efforts, including leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.\nLead campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with universities and participating in career fairs to build a robust talent pipeline for entry-level positions.\nManage the full-cycle recruiting process—from cold calling potential candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating employment contracts—ensuring a positive candidate experience.\nCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and refine selection criteria using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as PeopleSoft or SAP.\nUtilize research and lead generation techniques to identify passive candidates through social media platforms like LinkedIn or Salesforce.\nMaintain compliance with employment & labor law standards while managing employment contracts, employee orientation programs, and employee evaluation processes.\nQualifications\nProven experience in recruiting within human resources or related fields, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition strategies.\nExcellent negotiation and relationship management skills to secure top talent and foster long-term partnerships.\nProficiency in ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or UltiPro; familiarity with HRIS platforms like Kronos or ADP is a plus.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates across various channels including social media management tools.\nKnowledge of employment law, contracts, employee relations, and onboarding processes to ensure legal compliance and smooth integration of new hires.\nExperience in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting is highly desirable.\nAbility to research market trends and utilize data-driven insights for strategic talent planning.
