Durus supports ongoing infrastructure projects, including border wall construction and repair, in remote, high-output environments.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform SMAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW welding processesExecute structural weldingRead and interpret WPS/PQR requirementsPerform fit-up, welding, and field modificationsComplete weld inspections, repairs, and quality controlQualifications5+ years of industrial welding experienceCurrent or prior welding certifications (AWS, ASME preferred)Ability to pass weld tests as requiredStrong understanding of welding procedures and quality standardsExperience working in field conditions and at elevationWork Environment & ExpectationsTravel required across AZ, NM, and surrounding regionsActive work on remote project sites, including border wall construction zonesExtended work schedules aligned with long-duration projects (not short-term outage work)Work performed in remote environmentsOutdoor work in extreme conditions (heat, dust, terrain)Zero-tolerance safety culture-PPE and compliance required at all timesCompensationHighly competitive pay based on experience and certificationsOvertime opportunities tied to project demandsPer diem for qualifying projectsBenefits package available
