This role demands collaboration across multiple functions to drive program success.\nStrong communication skills, sense of urgency and a collaborative work ethic are essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in creating Key Indicator Reports for new areas of business\nTake on key initiatives designed to promote growth at the OEM Center\nTake on new initiatives with automating current processes to enhance efficiency\nAssist Program Manager in an SME role in non-traditional work portfolio\nAbility to effectively manage change\nEffectively communicate status of projects to leadership\nEngage global teams as required.\nLead planningreadiness activities to support non-traditional work, special assignments and pre-production as required\nSupport quality processes and build floor activities.\nEasel board reviews\nEscalation process\nBuild site direction (BSDs)\nDaily Production meetings\nSupport achievement of BPD objectives following GMS principals.\nLead and execute special projects as assigned.\n\nMinimum Skills:\nHigh level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.\nGood oral and written communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and with others.\nDemonstrated ability to manage numerous issues and work on projects simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and support cross functional team activities.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nAn understanding of manufacturing, quality, project management, or engineering processes\n\nRequirements:\nEducation Requirement - Associate's degree in a related field is required\nYears of experience - at least 8-10 years of experience required\nNeed someone that knows how to build a vehicle or familiar with the manufacturing process (full line manufacturing, prototype experience would be very beneficial)\nUnderstanding the change management process\nThis person will be working between the floor and program management\nProblem solving\nThey are on their feet a lot in this position\nSomeone with a quality background would be a good fit for this position\n\nHiring Manager's Top Skills:\nExperience working with program execution.
