RN (Registered Nurse) - Amesbury, MA
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our team in our Team.
The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to
patients during the shift, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and
communicating with physicians, patients, and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and nursing support during the shift.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to physicians.
Respond to patients' requests for assistance promptly and with compassion.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Monitor and manage medical equipment, ensuring proper function and maintenance.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Maryland
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Working Conditions:
The role may involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as lifting
or moving patients. The role may also involve exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
