Role OverviewWe're looking for a CRO & Data Optimization Specialist to own experimentation, insights, and optimization across our entire on-site funnel —from landing pages to PDPs to checkout.This role is responsible for squeezing maximum revenue out of our existing traffic by planning and executing A/B tests, uncovering insights from user behavior, and partnering with design, copy, and dev to ship high-impact improvements quickly.This is not a reporting-only role. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who knows how to turn data into action.We are looking for candidates based in LATAM or the Philippines.Key Responsibilities Own Experimentation & TestingPlan, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, PDPs, funnels, and checkoutWrite clear hypotheses and structured testing briefsMaintain a consistent testing cadence and roadmapOptimize the Full FunnelImprove LP → PDP → ATC → Checkout performanceIdentify and prioritize opportunities across messaging, layout, pricing, offers, and UXOptimize for CVR, AOV, and net conversion efficiencyAnalyze & Interpret DataPull and interpret data from GA4, Northbeam, Shopify, Hotjar, heatmaps, and session recordingsIdentify patterns in user behavior, drop-offs, and friction pointsTranslate findings into clear insights and next actionsCollaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with copywriters and designers to iterate on winning variationsWork closely with dev or no-code builders to implement testsAlign with performance and growth teams to support paid traffic efficiencyBuild Systems & InsightsCreate weekly CRO roadmaps and testing prioritiesDeliver clear insights and recommendations on a regular cadenceContinuously improve experimentation frameworks and documentationLeverage AI for Speed & ScaleUse AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, hypothesis writing, and insight reportingIntegrate AI into daily workflows to improve output and speed without sacrificing qualityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Higher conversion rates (CVR) across funnelsIncreased AOV and improved net contribution marginImproved NC ROAS from existing trafficIncreased testing velocity and experiment throughputClear, actionable insights delivered consistentlyRequired Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills:Deep DTC eCommerce experience (funnels, PDP optimization, paid traffic behavior, offer structures)Hands-on experience with CRO and experimentation platforms (Convert, VWO, AB Tasty, or similar)Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell a clear story from dataExperience working with GA4, Shopify analytics, attribution tools, and behavior analyticsUnderstanding of front-end structure and experimentation constraints (no need to be a developer)AI / LLM Proficiency (Required):Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, or similar to:Speed up data analysisGenerate and prioritize test ideasDraft hypotheses and testing plansSummarize insights and resultsBuild faster, clearer insight decksDemonstrated ability to use AI as a force multiplier for a 10–20%+ productivity liftWho Should Apply?
