This role will work with internal and external resources as the IT point of contact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:▪ Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriatedocumentation and subject matter expertise.▪ Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies,stakeholders.▪ Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources.▪ Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with keystakeholders.▪ Through monitoring reports, will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards andorganizational requirements.▪ Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progressupdates, budget reports and risk assessments.▪ Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics.▪ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, andvalues consistent with Numotion’s mission.▪ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies andfederal regulations.▪ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of theoperations.
