Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, and professional experience. In addition to base salary and bonus, all full-time employees are eligible to receive Equity Appreciation Rights (Stock Units) as part of their total compensation package, providing an opportunity to share in Homebot's long-term growth and success. You're a capable full-stack engineer comfortable working in TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and more. You think in APIs and services. You've built and consumed REST and GraphQL APIs. You keep services decoupled, typed, and scalable. You build with AI. You use AI-powered dev tools and agentic workflows daily, and you own the code you ship and the decisions behind it. You build for quality. You write clean, testable code with strong typing and runtime validation. You test behavior over implementation. You care how it runs, and how it's used. You instrument what you build with monitoring, logging, tracing, and product analytics like Amplitude. You know your way around data. Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL).
