Account Manager / Business Development Manager
Account Manager / Business Development Manager – Focused on the Facilities Maintenance, Carpet Cleaning, and Detailing segments, this dual role is responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manufacturer’s reps, and channels partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and support.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client goals are met.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities with existing accounts, and new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the markets we serve.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional abilities within the Microsoft Office toolset.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Monday, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
