What You'll Do:Lead an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team to support children and families.Use Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles to guide clinical interventions.Collaborate with families, school staff, and professionals to ensure treatment success. Key Responsibilities: As a Behavioral Consultant (BC):Work with children diagnosed with autism and other behavioral challenges.Develop treatment plans and functional skill-building strategies.Equip families with tools and techniques for ongoing support. As a Mobile Therapist (MT):Provide one-on-one therapy for children needing behavioral interventions.Create customized treatment plans and work directly with families.Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
