Product Manager - Salesforce Location: Prefer MN but open to National (travel required to MN 3-4 times annually) Job Functions 1. Product Innovation - Develop, Own, and Execute the Product Roadmap Builds consensus with senior leadership regarding the strategy for the product; develops and communicates a clear strategic vision; creates the product roadmap, features, and user stories at a detailed levelEvaluate and document business process and technology solutions to complex business problemsTranslates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteriaConduct stakeholder interviews to understand requirementsReduce cycle time to delivery and improve cost to value for development activitiesLead deployment activities to drive understanding and adoption of solutionsMonitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement 2. Agile product team - Lead and support proactive adoption of agile process Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, scrum, demos, and retrospectivesDrive cultural change by championing an agile mindsetEvaluate and provide feedback on agile adoption within the team and organizationFacilitate cross-functional communication to eliminate knowledge gapsMentor members of product team 3. Business Leaders and Teams - Build subject matter expertise in diverse set of solutions Build relationships with stakeholders from business lines, Advisor Teams, Advisor Services, Advisor Team Operations, Operations, Central Services, and Back Office Teams.Partner Executive Leadership Team to prioritize the needs of our end users while creating a cohesive strategy for our suite of technology solutions.Partner with LOB Managers to improve operational processes and improve end user experience with enterprise employee supportCollaborate with business subject matter experts and develop scope and business clarity necessary to deliver on strategic outcomesImprove end user satisfaction with employee support tools and support operations. Education/Skill RequirementsBachelor's degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related5+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience7+ years BA, Development, or other related technology experience preferredExperience with Agile development preferredSuperior verbal and written communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareSalesforce experience requiredFamiliarity with Jira preferred #DICE dcole@c4techservices.com
