We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Software Development Project Manager to join our small, but capable in-house IT team. In this role you will work on, and manage the delivery of, various Enterprise Software Development Projects. By partnering closely with internal clients and external stakeholders to develop project roadmaps, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress all while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.If you are looking for a company that takes pride in its work, values its team members, and are looking to help transform a business, then this is an opportunity for you.What you will doManage multiple concurrent software and product development projects from initial scoping and planning through QA, UAT, and final deployment.Mentor, develop and work alongside of a small team of Software Engineer’s.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budget tracking, and resource allocation strategies. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and partner with both internal and external subject matter experts (SME’s) and business partners on project needs, goals, and expectations.Identify project dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage scope changes effectively to keep projects on track and budget.Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress reporting and status updates to end-users and leadership.Continuously refine and elevate the team’s project management methodologies, standards, and practices.What you’ll bring5+ years of dedicated project management experience within software development A proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple complex projectsCapable of adapting to the needs of a small, but growing team.Proficiency with project tracking and collaborations tools (we use JIRA).
