Assignments are deadline driven, so candidates must be able to set priorities, take ownership of program goals, work efficiently, and provide a consistent level of high quality in a high-pressure environment.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop overall program roadmap to guide planning at the client level.\nDefine growth through customer interaction, technical differentiation, and contracting solution strategies.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with government decision-makers, contracting office, and key stakeholders.\nConduct financial analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting.\nIdentify potential business opportunities and negotiating agreements.\nAssess new markets, develop initiatives, and analyze new business opportunities.\nPromote Advancia Technologies, LLC to assigned client group.\nDevelop account management plans and opportunity capture strategies.\nBrief leadership on pipeline projections and account management plans.\nManage projects, contracts, funds, and resources of functional activities, assigned responsibilities, managed efforts, and completion of taskings.\nOversee all project management tasks, including tracking requirements, maintaining detailed project listings, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards and regulations.\nMaintain responsibility for the performance of work, contract compliance, and quality control of multiple, concurrent contracts and/or task orders.\nServe as the leader and primary point of contact for all contracts under assigned client group.\nDevelop and define acceptance criteria for all project phases and key deliverables.\nClosely monitor critical milestones and deliverables.\nEnsure projects stay aligned with strategic goals and deliver the planned/stated benefits.\nProvide technical guidance, support, coordination, and oversight to project staff.\nManage budgets for programs, projects, sites, and proposals.\nIdentify and analyze project risks and prepare risk response plans.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business or a related field.\nPreferred 10+ years of experience in federal government experience.\nPreferred 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related field.\nProven ability to lead complex projects, manage requirements, and deliver results on schedule/within budget.\nDemonstrated experience and ability interacting and building relationships with key customer organizations, preferably within DHS.\nPreferred experience working specifically with ICE.\nThorough understanding of the federal procurement acquisition process, including various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF).\nAbility to develop and implement tactical and strategic plans.\nStrong collaboration skills and demonstrated experience building internal and external industry partnerships.\nKnowledge of DHS organizational structure, leadership, challenges, and roadmap, to include future funding.\nDemonstrably strong oral and written communication skills.\nExpertise in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nAbility to obtain and maintain security clearance.\nCore Competencies:\nSelf-Motivated- The Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one’s ability using his or her own drive or initiative with minimal supervision/oversight.\nOral Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.\nWritten Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with others using the written word.\nTime Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.\nGoal Oriented - Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result.\nAccuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.\nPhysical Demands (including but not limited to):\nFrequent sitting for prolonged periods of time, using hands/fingers requiring dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper, reaching with hands and arms for items above and below desk level, talking, hearing, and seeing (up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus); walking from place to place.\nWork requires computer usage with strength, dexterity, coordination, and visual acuity to use keyboard and video display terminal and other office equipment.\nTravel may be required (up to 50%).\nAdvancia Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
