Altogether, the company employs nearly 4,800 talented and dedicated employees in North America.\n\nSummary\nThe Process Engineer develops and implements efficient manufacturing and assembly procedures for new cosmetic and OTC products and provides technical assistance with existing products and procedures.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nReview all specifications and procedures for new KDC- One Port Jervis products.\n\nReview specifications, procedures, and requirements for customer supplied Tech Transfers. Meet with customers to properly implement same as requested.\n\nConduct pilots, collect learnings and author detailed batching/ line trial recaps. Make necessary adjustments to manufacturing procedures and filling/ assembly specifications as needed to ensure good product for production.\n\nIdentify and interpret variations in product, equipment, or procedures which may affect results.\n\nWork with quality team to author accurate filling and assembly specifications for production.\n\nSet up standard laboratory equipment, run batching and testing, obtain results, and accurately record the results of such tests.\n\nWork closely with R&D and contribute suggestions for improving laboratory methods and scale up procedures.\n\nMust be familiar with functions and operation of all laboratory and production equipment in area of responsibility.\n\nWork with manufacturing and production personnel to troubleshoot problem products.
