Externship Administrator

Externship Administrator Remote 8:30 - 5:00 Summary: Work under and reports to the Program Director/Director of Education/Campus President, to ensure all administrative records, reports and processes are completed and maintained for each student as related to their clinical courses or externship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Attain a thorough knowledge of all rules and standards set forth by the state, federal and accrediting board(s) with respect to the externship and ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to at all timesMaintain federal, state and accreditation compliance at all timesMonitor and maintain TWC and accreditation regulations of all student records with respect to site evaluations, time cards, surveys and any other required documentationServe as liaison between students, campus faculty and the organization providing the externshipDocument, in CampusVue, any matters related to externship from the student, site and/or campus perspective; ensuring all CampusVue notes are complete with dates, times and names as well as all matters are documented in fullComplete, submit and maintain the process for State LMRT site approvalsDocument, in CampusVue, students' site assignmentsArrange and conduct externship orientation prior to externshipAdvise students who are not attending externship as scheduled; record said advising in the student file and CampusVueEnsure Program Director is aware of all student matters recorded in CampusVueEnsure all attendance is recorded in CampusVue and documented in the student fileMonitor, track and provide feedback to the extern regarding timesheetsTrack and assure that all students complete a final exit after externship is completedMaintain accurate and organized student recordsWork closely with the Placement Coordinator in tracking extern-to-hire opportunitiesAttend and participate in staff meetings Qualifications: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
