Lead Generator/Telemarketer

Insurance Telemarketer WANTED Responsibilities: Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to generate leads for the sales team. Identify potential clients and gather information about their needs and preferences. Utilize software tools, such as Salesforce, to track/manage leads and set appointments for sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Requirements: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation in a competitive sales industry - Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed lead generation targets - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
