Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nThis position reports to the site Sr Manager, Maintenance and Reliability.\n\nEnsure assets are properly setup in the Oracle EAM system and Procal 5 when appropriate. Create new assets in EAM utilizing new equipment data sheets (NEDS) and managing abandoned or removed assets.\n\nCollaborate with Maintenance and Reliability resources to develop or refine PM/PdM activities and schedules to ensure regulatory compliance and asset integrity.\n\nBuild and manage the PM database within Oracle and Procal 5.\n\nSupport PSM and management of change processes to update EAM and Procal 5 as required.\n\nProvide PM/PdM forecasting, reporting, and compliance analytics.\n\nProvide metric development expertise and distribution of business metrics including coming PM and Inspection due dates, PM compliance, schedule compliance, reactive work, Schedule breakers, backlog analytics, overtime, cost analytics, etc.\n\nSupport the proper asset care and management of rebuildable assets.\n\nSupport development of Asset Activities through hands on development and mentoring Planners.\n\nSupport asset hierarchy and criticality reviews and updates.\n\nProvide Oracle EAM and Procal 5 administration.\n\nTrain and mentor personnel in the Oracle and Procal 5 systems and their functionality.\n\nProvide ad hoc analytics support using excel and PowerBI.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nHigh School diploma\n\n3-5 years Relevant Experience\n\nDemonstrated supervisory skills with ability to lead work groups\n\nEffective communication, written and oral\n\nProblem solving abilities, good decision-making skills, with ability to know when to elevate issues\n\nSome experience in chemical manufacturing (Preferred)\n\nAbility to read and understand complex plant drawings (P&ID’s, ISO’s, Underground, etc.)\n\nWorking knowledge on work orders, scheduling, maintenance plans, task lists and materials ordering using a CMMS or ERP system. (Oracle EAM Preferred)\n\nExperience using ProCalV5 (Preferred)\n\nProficient at typing\n\nExperience managing and analyzing data with Excel\n\nExperience analyzing data and developing reports and dashboards with PowerBI (Preferred)\n\nReady to make an impact with us?
