Your expertise will directly influence the development and success of our workforce ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an ImpactCollaborate with senior management to review curriculum and determine additional training needs Evaluate employee performance and recommend training solutions to enhance effectiveness Implement training and leadership development programs with managers across the organization Define objectives for all training initiatives and assess participant progress to provide coaching Measure and analyze training outcomes to ensure goals are achieved Coordinate with peer training managers for shared responsibilities and resource management Manage logistics, schedules and external resources to optimize training delivery Facilitate training sessions as needed and stay current with industry trends and techniques Working ConditionsFast paced office environment Travel as required QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Experience5 years of training experience 3 years of management experience 2 years of project management experience Call center experience SkillsAbility to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats Ability to engage with all levels of executive, management and company personnel Ability to interact with the public professionally Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheets, databases and Windows Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Demonstrated judgment and initiative Ability to work independently Ability to lead and manage others Advanced skills in assessing training impacts Advanced knowledge of teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentations Knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques Ability to use MS Office and other software applications Preferred QualificationsNone specified
