This position is based in our corporate office located in Mount Arlington, New Jersey.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport:\nCollaborate with other FE developers and web designers to translate design mockups into interactive and responsive web pages.\nWrite basic clean, well-structured and responsive HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript code to implement user interfaces and application features.\nHas basic knowledge of how to optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability, to assist in ensuring high performance across different devices and browsers.\nThe ability to assist in conducting thorough testing and debugging of front-end code to identify and resolve issues.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and timelines and provide regular updates on progress.\nAssist on 3rd party applications installations\nAssist Sales department in client demonstration.\nTroubleshoot and resolve client issues.\nTechnical support:\nTroubleshoot and resolve client issues.\nAssist in maintaining website uptime goals.\nImprove website performance.\nLearn additional modules of the core STORIS and NextGen software.\nMake training & documentation updates.\nLearn to perform Plugin Upgrades and Framework Upgrades.\nBecome familiar with all eCommerce hosting environments.\nPerform website installations, copies, launches and migrations.\nAssist Sales department in client demonstrations.\nAssist on 3rd party application installations.\nRequirements:\nBasic proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.\nBase understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or AngularJS.\nBase familiarity with version control systems such as Git.\nSome experience with responsive design principles and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.\nBase knowledge of back-end development technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.\nBase understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.\nBasic familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).\nFamiliarity with server-side rendering and SEO best practices.\nUnderstanding of web accessibility standards / techniques and ADA guidelines.\nSome previous experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).\nBasic experience and demonstrated knowledge with SQL, IIS, Web Hosting (including DNS, SSL, redirects), Basic Networking, eCommerce.\nGain a baseline understanding of Nopcommerce platform and the eSTORIS built plugins/ certified plugins.\nLooks to work collaboratively in a team environment and is adaptable to changing project requirements.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts.\nUp to 15% travel may be required.\nAdditional Skills a Plus:\nBackend Web Development Experience\nWordPress / nopCommerce Experience\nPrevious experience with APIs\nExperience with React.js and ASP.NET\nDemonstrated experience on WordPress development\nExperience with Google Analytics\nAdvanced knowledge of IIS and PowerShell, ability to improve performance based on settings\nA portfolio showcasing your web development work.\nSTORIS offers a competitive compensation package, excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and annual profit sharing.
