Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in product selection by offering knowledgeable advice and conducting product demos to highlight features and benefits Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing through effective merchandising Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and assisting with inventory counts using retail math skills Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math Ability to perform merchandising tasks including stocking and organizing products efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Experience in beauty supply store or similar retail environments is advantageous Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your career in retail!
