(i.e. Residents, Co-Workers, Supervisor, etc..)\nAbility to work in a constant state of alertness.\nClean grounds and remove litter.\nSpread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup.\nResponsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.\nResponsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.\nResponsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.\nResponsible for maintaining the required property uniform and insuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.\nResponsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.\nBe aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.\nResponsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.\nResponsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.\nResponsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.\nResponsible for assisting with make ready units as instructed.\nAssisting with basic maintenance tasks.\nAll other duties and tasks as requested by supervisor or maintenance staff.\n\nRequirements: • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience • General maintenance experience preferred.\n\nMust have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.\n\nBackground Screening and Drug Test Required.\n\nFull Time Employee Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term and Long-Term Disability Plans, Company Paid Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off\n\nEOE Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities\nThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
