Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Lead Audio-Visual Installer — Control4 Specialist. The role involves installing and configuring audio-visual systems, including Control4 systems, in residential or commercial settings. Responsibilities include providing support for video conferencing setups, diagnosing and troubleshooting AV systems, and ensuring high-quality installations. The Lead Installer will also be expected to collaborate with clients and team members, maintaining communication and delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in Audio Visual Support and installation and understanding of Audio Visual (AV) SystemsProficiency in configuring and managing Video Conferencing systemsStrong skills in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues with AV systemsExceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to work closely with clients to meet their needsExperience with Control4 systems is requiredPrevious leadership or team management experience is a plusAbility to read blueprints and technical documentation for installationsValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned service area
