Qualifications: Prior experience in the legal field requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExperience with Clio preferredResponsibilities: Assist in managing the firm’s day-to-day office operations and administrative functionsCoordinate and help maintain firm calendars, deadlines, appointments, reminders, and client/case informationOversee attorney timekeeping, billing, invoicing, and client billing processesManage vendors, HR coordination, and process improvementsSupervise front-office operations, including phone coverage, visitor reception, message handling, and client intakeMaintain files, electronic case records, and document management systemsAssist with case preparation, document review, organization of evidence and case materialsSupervise electronic submissions, coordinate hearings, and communicate with court staff as neededProvide oversight and direction to administrative support staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of office and client-service functions
