In addition, the Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing the five key elements of positive youth development: fun, safety, recognition, opportunities & expectations, and supportive relationships in all daily interactions. The Program Coordinator is expected to uphold the Club values inside and outside of the Club and hold their staff accountable for maintaining the Club values.
