The role will primarily collaborate with business partners in legal, security, and policy organizations as well as Technology Services to drive value by delivering new 3rd party software implementations, working with people from the US and globally. This person will possess a high degree of capability in project management and will be a key partner to one or more departments.\nJob responsibilities include:\nDeliver plans, and schedules for approved projects that create alignment, handle dependencies, and mitigate risks.\nContributes to and executes departmental and product roadmaps and drives features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.\nWork with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.\nDomain expertise in program management, Six Sigma, and scaled agile for problem-solving, decision-making, change management, and tool deployment to realize business objectives.\nMinimum Skills/Experience:\nMinimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience\nBachelor’s Degree preferred.\nProject Management Professional certification (PMP) and Agile certifications (CSP, SPC, etc.) are a plus.\nFormal training, practical experience in Program/Project Management, Product Delivery, Agile Frameworks, SAFe®, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.\nLeading cross-functional teams for 5 to 7 years in application/software development, production, and development operations.\nSolid performance running Programs and Projects, achieving an Agile transformation, applying organizational change methods, delivering customer products, and implementing process improvements.\nA high degree of proficiency in iterative product development and, an understanding of Agile principles.\nStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.\nCapable of handling projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members.\nCompany Information\nElevate is a law company.
