Painesville, OH\nPay: $16-$18/hr (depends on shift)\nSchedule:\n1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday\n2nd shift 3:15pm-11:45pm Monday-Friday\nJob Description: Our client, a manufacturer of electronics for the medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, and transportation markets is seeking individuals for entry-level or skilled work in Electronics Assembly in Painesville, OH.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nRead and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine assembly instructions.\nPerform repetitive assembly, terminating, molding, testing and packaging operations to produce connectors and cable assemblies that meet specification of schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.\nMaintain defined quality standards.\nTest and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.\nReport any deficiency to the appropriate leadership.\nFollow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.\nRecord time spent on each job and other production information as necessary.\nMaintain safe, clean and orderly work area.\nAttend and participate in all required trainings and departmental meetings.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Education/Skills:\nHigh School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate desired.\nAbility to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints, production/assembly instructions, parts lists, verbal instruction and notes to assemble, wire and install a wide variety of components.\nAbility to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.\nAbility to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate any discrepancies to appropriate leadership.\nAbility to adhere to all company policies and safety regulations including attendance requirements.\nAbility to work with limited supervision to assemble units of moderate complexity in a team environment.\nSoldering skills desired.\nBenefits Once Fully Hired:\nHealthcare benefits\nFully paid life insurance\nHealth Savings Account with company contribution\n401(k) employer match\nOn-Site Fitness Center\nPaid Vacation and Paid Holidays\nGrowth and Development Opportunities\nTemp-To-Hire after 520 Hours\nEOE\nIND3\nJob Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire\nPay: $16.00 -
