A company is looking for a Sourcing Senior Analyst to support clinical resource management and supply chain optimization. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to the Category Management team regarding supply variation and market trends Facilitate Value Analysis meetings and manage the evaluation of new technologies and quality control processes Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with clinical practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, business-related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in an analysis or market research role Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
