Install and terminate electrical and pneumatic field devices to industry best practices. Use electrical multimeters for testing and troubleshooting; resolve mechanical issues per company standards. Operate precision measuring tools (scales, calipers, micrometers) and confidently use hand and power tools. Precisely lay out, drill, and tap holes per spec. Support shop operations across areas including powder coat paint, urethane, skidding, and receiving. Participate in occasional field installations/service calls (less than 5% of time, mostly local). Develop familiarity with robotics and automation systems.What You'll Bring Electro-Mechanical Degree, Journeyman Card, or equivalent hands-on experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently from mechanical assembly and electrical/pneumatic drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Reliable, dependable, and strong communicator.
