CPA Accounting Leader

A company is looking for an Accounting Leader to manage the accounting function in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with NAIC Statutory Accounting Principles Lead the preparation and filing of statutory reports and manage the financial close process Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory examiners while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA designation (preferred) 7+ years of general accounting experience Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting staff Strong knowledge of NAIC statutory accounting principles and regulatory reporting
