This position requires a strong background in curriculum and understanding of state academic standards.\nPosition Type : This is a regular full-time position .\nCompensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 63,410 and $ 65,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.\nLocation : In this US-based position your location will be remote out of your home office.\n\nEnvision Your Experience .\n\nIn this role you'll have the opportunity to:\nReview and understand state requirements and processes for online providers in assigned states.\nDevelop and complete required written documentation to meet deadlines for state submissions.\nManage document coordination in collaboration with project lead.\nWork with internal teams (Sales, Bids, Instructional Services) to gather information related to project requirements.\nMaintain a strong knowledge of the company including curriculum, curriculum design, software and related services.\nEnsure documentation is accurate.\nManage projects to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met.\nPerform monthly reporting of teacher and student data as required by legislation.\nOther duties as required.\n\nShare Your Expertise .\n\nExperience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:\nBachelor's degree in Education , Liberal Arts, or related field and a minimum of 3+ years' experience in the education industry, preferably middle school/high school science and/or related experience working with other vendors who provide similar products and services; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.\nStrong background in curriculum with an understanding of state and national alignments.\nBackground in technical writing.\nAbility to read and understand state approval requirements.\nFamiliarity with online or virtual education programs.\nHigher order thinking skills.\nProven experience prioritizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently, performing well under pressure, and meeting deadlines, while ensuring acute attention to detail and accuracy.\nMust be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet tight deadlines and accommodate stakeholders across multiple time\nzones.\nAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues to help create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.\nAbility to write and edit proposals with little supervision.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nIgnite Your Career .\n\nImagine Learning is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
