You'll partner closely with senior leadership to develop the roadmap, prioritize projects, and translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nYou'll also lead and develop a talented technical team, bringing structure, accountability, and mentorship while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves alongside them when needed.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric\nData architecture modernization and data modeling experience\nStrong understanding of Power BI and enterprise reporting environments\nTechnical foundation in IT, Data Engineering, BI, or Data Architecture\nAbility to understand complex data flows across multiple enterprise systems\nStrong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nExperience leading, mentoring, or developing technical professionals\nOrganized, collaborative leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on\n\nExperience within manufacturing, transportation, logistics, distribution, or another operationally complex environment is especially valuable.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nWithin your first year, you'll have helped establish a clear roadmap for the organization's future data architecture, strengthened the connection between Data Engineering and BI, improved the reliability and accessibility of enterprise reporting, and developed a team increasingly viewed as a strategic partner to the business.\n\nA bit about us:\n-\n\nOur client is an established transportation and logistics organization with complex operations spanning supply chain, logistics, commercial, and financial functions.
