The team values engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, agile environment.Role & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions using .NET Core and AngularBuild and consume RESTful APIs and scalable backend services using C#Implement interactive data visualizations and embedded reporting using Power BIDevelop high-performance, data-intensive grid interfaces using AG GridCollaborate with analysts, designers, and business stakeholders to translate reporting and UX requirements into technical solutionsEnsure performance, scalability, and maintainability across frontend and backend layersContribute to solution design, code reviews, and engineering best practicesProvide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on milestones and deliverablesSupport a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvementHard Skills - Must have:Strong expertise in backend development with C# and .NET Core, including RESTful API design and consumptionProficiency in front-end development using Angular and TypeScriptHands-on experience with Power BI, including embedded reporting, dataset preparation, and dashboard developmentExperience building data-intensive grid interfaces using AG GridStrong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and optimizing data for reporting and analytics needsSolid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and maintainabilityHard Skills - Nice to have / It's a plus:Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCPFamiliarity with Power BI semantic models, DAX, and performance tuningExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExposure to data modeling concepts for analytics and reportingExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker or KubernetesSoft Skills:Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues effectivelyStrong communication skills in English, both written and spokenStrong time management and organizational skillsProactive mindset and ownership of technical challengesAbility to work effectively in collaborative, client-facing environmentsAt Allata, we value differences.Allata is an equal opportunity employer.
