You’ll help translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and ensure successful execution of both customer and internal initiatives.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nCustomer Program Leadership\nAct as the main point of contact for assigned US customers, overseeing delivery of high-impact programs.\nManage program scope, milestones, and deliverables—balancing customer expectations with internal priorities.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer and partner stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.\n\nProduct Development & Solution Delivery\nLead cross-functional development programs that bring new platforms, products, and solutions from concept to market launch.\nManage lifecycle milestones including prototyping, pilot testing, and launch deployment into production or market release.\n\nStrategic & Business Initiatives\nDrive internal business improvement or transformation projects that enhance delivery capability, customer experience, or operational efficiency.\nSupport the development of business cases, ROI tracking, and performance reporting for strategic programs.\n\nProgram Governance & Communication\nMaintain structured governance, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks through dashboards and reports.\nCommunicate program health, milestones, resource planning and key decisions across senior and executive stakeholders.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRequired:\n2-4 years’ experience in Program or Project Management within technology, product, or business-led environments.\nProven ability to deliver customer-facing and cross-functional development programs end-to-end.\nExperience working across multiple domains, hardware, software, and integration.\nStrong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and customer communication skills.\nProficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.\nExcellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.\n\nPreferred:\nBackground in IoT, connected systems, or enterprise technology solutions.\nUnderstanding of API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise system connectivity.\nExperience working with international teams across multiple time zones.\n\nWhy Join Us\nThis is your opportunity to join a growing global company where your work spans customer delivery, product innovation, and business transformation.
