Our team has deep AWS expertise; what we're building now is the on-premises layer — bare metal compute, network fabric, storage, and the tooling to manage it all as code alongside our cloud footprint. This role is for someone who has lived in data centers and cloud environments equally, understands the tradeoffs deeply, and can help us architect something that's genuinely best-of-both.\r\nYou'll be a key technical voice in decisions about what lives on-prem versus cloud, how we bridge the two, and how we keep developers moving fast regardless of where their workloads run.\r\nA note on what we're not looking for: If your entire career has been cloud-native, this probably isn't the right fit.
