This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $175,000 – $190,000 annuallyResponsibilities Conduct surveys and assessments of existing facilities as part of master planning Perform field assessments of existing conditions Write reports and contribute to conceptual design and technical drawings Assist in cost estimation and review design packages Guide junior engineering staff in tasks and responsibilities Address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and respond to design queries Coordinate Quality inspections and develop scopes for electrical services during bidding and constructionQualifications BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-certified institution with 8+ years of design experience Experience in construction support for Title 3 activities Proof of US citizenship required due to government contract compliance Proficient in Short Circuit Analysis Strong knowledge of the NEC Experience leading teams of engineers on major projects Experience in conducting technical discussions with clients Ability to write proposals and Statements of Work is advantageousBenefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement benefits with matching Educational reimbursement Parental leave Employee stock purchase plan Tax-saving options Disability and life insurance Pet insuranceOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
