W-2 employment, payroll, and benefits will be administered through one of ASI's staffing partners.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a Validation Manager to lead the validation of our cutting-edge robotics software solutions at our Mendon, Utah location. The Validation Manager will ensure that all products, processes, and systems meet regulatory standards and company quality requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role involves managing validation activities across the entire product lifecycle, from planning and execution to reporting and continuous improvement.\n\nJob Duties\n\nValidation Strategy & Execution\n\nOversee the design and implementation of validation strategies for new and existing robotics software products.\nCollaborate with software development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to define validation requirements from product inception through deployment.\nManage risk assessments related to software functionality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.\n\nTesting & Compliance\n\nDevelop and execute validation protocols, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.\nEnsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, IEC) for robotics and software development.\nMaintain detailed validation documentation, including test plans, protocols, reports, and regulatory compliance records.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\n\nAct as the validation expert in cross-functional teams, guiding product development to meet quality and regulatory requirements.\nLead and mentor a team of validation professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.\nCommunicate validation findings and recommendations to engineering teams and senior leadership.\n\nProcess Improvement & Innovation\n\nIdentify opportunities for improving validation methodologies, tools, and automation processes.\nEstablish best practices to optimize validation efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure continuous improvement of validation processes in alignment with industry advancements.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.\nProven experience in product validation, preferably within robotics or software industries.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and validation methodologies.\nExperience with regulatory compliance in software or robotics (e.g., ISO, IEC standards) is a plus.\nLeadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team of validation professionals.\nExceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.\nExcellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.\n\nEEO Statement\n\nAt Autonomous Solutions, Inc.
