This role includes administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality of medical records, and supporting OSHA mandated medical surveillance programs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nBelow are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for:\nMaintains confidentiality of all medical records and employee health information.\nCreate and coordinate annual testing schedules for OSHA mandated medical surveillance programs.\nProvide administrative support to medical department staff.\nAssist with injury intake and first-aid.\nMaintain medical supply inventory.\nCoordinate clinic appointments.\nEnsure required documentation is properly completed for all medical surveillance programs.\nCommunicate discrepancies with staff nurse.\nCompiles and enters data in electronic data system.\nPerform occupational medical surveillance.\nPerform additional tasks as assigned by Manager.\nRequired to maintain First Aid/CPR certification.\nMaintains EHS programs and software.\nTools & Equipment:\nBelow is a list of examples of the potential tools and equipment you may find yourself working with depending upon your department and location. Physical requirements include bending, stooping, and climbing for approximately 30% of the shift and standing for approximately 70% of the shift.
