Maintenance Worker

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and appearance of our property/facility both in Eagan and Burnsville. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for maintaining and improving physical spaces. Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of our property/facility Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, cleaning, plumbing, and electrical work Repair or replace faulty equipment and parts Maintain a clean and organized work environment Report any safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor Assist with minor renovations or improvements as needed Respond to maintenance requests from residents/customers in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for on-call emergencies is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with approximately 10-20 hours per week. The working hours can be flexible, but some weekend or evening availability may be required.
