The successful candidate will support contract execution activities, manage contract records, coordinate contractual communications, and enable effective change management processes while ensuring with contractual obligations, governance requirements, and internal approval processes.\nTrack contractual deliverables, notices, obligations, and key contract milestones.\n\nChange Management Support\n\nMaintain change order and variation logs across assigned projects.\nCoordinate collection and organization of supporting documentation related to changes and claims.\nAssist Contract Leads with preparation, routing, and tracking of change order packages.\nMonitor change management workflows and escalate overdue actions or approvals.\nEnsure all approved changes are accurately reflected within contract management systems and reporting tools.\n\nContractual Correspondence & Documentation\n\nDraft, review, format, and issue contractual correspondence under the direction of Contract Leads.\nMaintain notice registers and correspondence logs.\nCoordinate review and approval workflows for formal contractual communications.\nEnsure documentation is filed and accessible in accordance with records management requirements.\nSupport preparation of meeting minutes, action logs, commercial summaries, and stakeholder updates.\n\nCommercial Administration\n\nSupport invoice validation and payment administration processes.\nTrack contract values, approved changes, commitments, and commercial status indicators.\nAssist in reconciliation of contractual documentation with cost and project control records.\nMonitor contract compliance and identify discrepancies requiring commercial review.\nSupport preparation of monthly commercial reporting and project dashboards.\n\nRisk, Audit & Compliance Management\n\nSupport maintenance of contract risk registers and issue logs.\nAssist with commercial audits and compliance reviews.\nEnsure contractual records are complete, current, and audit ready.\nMonitor insurance certificates, bonds, warranties, and other contractual requirements.\nSupport implementation of corrective actions arising from audits, reviews, or lessons learned activities.\n\nStakeholder & Team Support\n\nCoordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, procurement, cost management, and legal stakeholders.\nServe as a key administrative point of contact for contractual documentation and workflow coordination.\nSupport commercial review meetings and maintain accurate records of actions and decisions.\nEscalate documentation gaps, process issues, and contractual administration concerns as appropriate.\nContribute to a collaborative and customer-focused project delivery environment.\n\nCloseout & Continuous Improvement\n\nSupport contract closeout activities and final documentation completion.\nCoordinate collection and archiving of final contractual records.\nTrack completion of contractual obligations, warranties, and outstanding actions.\nAssist with lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport development of standardized templates, trackers, and administration processes.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired/minimum qualifications\n\nMaster's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 3+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations OR equivalent experience.\nContract administration, construction administration, project controls, procurement, or related disciplines.\nStrong organizational and document management skills.\nExperience coordinating contract documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows.\nHigh level of attention to detail and data accuracy.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.\n\nAdditional or preferred qualifications\n\nMaster's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 6+ years
