Job Description Project Coordinator Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire| up to $32ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing construction organization to identify a detail-oriented Project Coordinator. This role will support project managers and field teams by ensuring documentation, scheduling, and communication are executed efficiently across multiple projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projectsTrack and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progressAssist with job scheduling, reporting, and project timelinesMaintain organized digital and physical project files and ensure documentation is up to dateProcess purchase orders, invoices, and job-related documentationCommunication updates between field teams, project managers, and clientsAssist in tracking materials, deliveries, and logistics to keep projects on scheduleSupport project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentationQUALIFICATIONS:1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar roleExposure to construction processes, terminology, and documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hourSearch managed by: Claire GrossmanBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
